  • 1. Why choose FRIGGA?

    Ordering custom furniture at FRIGGA is truly a one-stop service! From measurement, design, order placement, production, shipment, delivery to your home, to installation and after-sales, our professional team handles everything for you, minimizing errors and giving you peace of mind

    We have our own factory in Mainland China, ensuring smooth order production and guaranteed shipping time. Additionally, we have our own logistics team to ensure on-time delivery without any delays! As for installation, our installers have over 30 years of experience, with meticulous and efficient craftsmanship to ensure your furniture is installed securely and beautifully, striving for your satisfaction! 

  • 2. How is the measurement appointment arranged?

    We offer free measurement services with no extra charge, plus special discounts! When our designer comes for the measurement, we collect a 500 HKD deposit, which can be used as 800 HKD towards your purchase when the order is placed. It's like getting an extra 300 HKD off!

  • 3. When should the deposit and balance be paid?

    Aside from the 500 HKD measurement deposit, we require a 20% design deposit based on the total amount. After the customer confirms all design details, a 45% production deposit will be collected, and the furniture production will be arranged. Please note that once the customer confirms the design and pays the deposit, the production process will begin, and the design details cannot be changed. Any changes may incur additional costs and delay the production timeline
    After production is completed, a 25% shipping payment is required before shipment. We will contact the customer to arrange delivery, and the remaining 10% balance must be paid by the afternoon of the installation day (the balance cannot be paid by cheque)

  • 4. When will I receive the design after measurement?

    Under normal circumstances, the designer will provide detailed design drawings and a quotation within a week after the measurement, based on the actual measurements provided by the measuring technician. If the customer wishes to make any changes to the design, they can communicate with the measuring technician and designer at any time to ensure the design is adjusted to their satisfaction

  • 5. Payment methods?

    We have a legitimate Hong Kong-registered business bank account, so payments can be made directly via bank transfer, or using credit card, PayMe, FPS, Alipay HK, and other methods

  • 6. What materials are used for custom furniture?

    We use materials that are certified by Hong Kong certification centers, meeting international environmental standards of E0 grade, which are close to zero formaldehyde, ensuring safety and health. The materials are multilayer solid wood plywood, and we also use PUR seamless edge banding technology, making the edges stable and beautiful

    Additionally, the materials undergo three rounds of high-temperature treatment, making them resistant to moisture, humidity, and pests. They also have minimal odor, ensuring they are absolutely safe and reliable for use, giving you peace of mind!

  • 7. How long does production take?

    We can deliver your order within as fast as 15 days, and in special cases, it will not exceed 30 days at the latest

  • 8. How is the transportation arranged?

    We ship from our factory in Shenzhen, and the delivery to Hong Kong usually takes 1-2 days. Typically, if the delivery is made today, it will arrive at your home the next day, excluding customs clearance. Once the goods arrive, you can schedule the delivery for the following day

  • 9. How long does the installation take?

    Once the goods arrive in Hong Kong, installation can usually be scheduled for the following day. The exact installation time will depend on the delivery and your home's situation

  • 10. After-sales and maintenance inquiries?

    FRIGGA Furniture offers a 5-year warranty and lifetime maintenance service. If any issues occur with the furniture within the first year, we provide free on-site service
